A seasoned recruitment professional, Lele ran her own recruitment company before joining The Landelahni Group in an executive role in 2007. Lele believes that improving education in Africa is the first step to developing the talent needed to power the economic engine of the continent.

Sandra has 30 years’ experience in Executive Search, working with blue chip companies in SA and multinationals across sectors. Sandra offers superb multi- sector executive search experience placing Executives across SOC’s, Energy, Mining, Industrials, Academic Institutions, Development Finance Institutions and Large Industrials.
In 2018, Sandra led the switch from Amrop to N2Growth as the Global license Partner in Africa / MEA.
Sandra has led both the Global Mining Practice Group and the Global Board Practice, whilst successfully delivering high quality Executives and Board members for clients in sectors spanning electricity, water, roads, construction, property and asset management and mining, including companies with listings across multiple jurisdictions (JSE, FTSE, NASDAQ, and ASX).
