Lele is a seasoned recruitment and leadership development professional with over 15 years of experience in consulting and education. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has focused on developing talent to power Africa’s economic growth. An active entrepreneur, she also founded a successful hospitality venture in Soweto, catering to both local and international markets.
Based in Nigeria, Lanre specializes in advisory and senior-level recruitment for Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Insurance. A dual Nigerian/British citizen with a decade of experience in the UK and Central Europe, he focuses on West African business development, connecting local talent and the African Diaspora with companies driving the continent’s investment agenda.
