Sipho serves as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Blue Financial Services and holds directorships at Safomar Aviation and Dust-Aside SA, focusing on remedying the talent shortage across the African continent.

Sandra is a pioneer in African executive search with 30 years of experience. She founded the first Black and woman-owned firm in SA and has led Global Mining and Board Practices. Sandra specializes in placing C-Suite executives and Board members across the Energy, Mining, and Industrial sectors for companies listed on the JSE, FTSE, and NASDAQ.

Lele is a seasoned recruitment and leadership development professional with over 15 years of experience in consulting and education. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has focused on developing talent to power Africa’s economic growth. An active entrepreneur, she also founded a successful hospitality venture in Soweto, catering to both local and international markets.
